I've had an amazing experience with Smiles by White over the last few years. They really value customer service, and it greatly shows! Dr. White and his colleague, Brittany, really make the Invisalign experience stress-free and user-friendly while respecting your time. I was certainly not looking forward to the long process of getting my teeth straightened. However, Smiles by White was able to break down the whole Invisalign process through an advanced technology app. From seeing 3D images of what my teeth would look like to seeing my teeth progress week to week, to weekly reminders to send in images to the team, to lastly texting the team on the app if I needed anything, made the whole process so smooth. They were very accommodating to my needs when I moved abroad from NEO to the UK. Also, the fact that Invisalign is so easy to use and doesn't hurt like braces is a major plus! I can't recommend Smiles by White enough. I'm now confident going into my sportscasting career with a "Hollywood Smile!"

Can't say enough good things about this place. We got 3 ortho evaluations for my daughter. The second doctor had her in tears talking about pulling 2 teeth to correct her issues. Dr. White's office is SO MUCH more technologically advanced. We were sold a few minutes into the appointment. He's treating her with Invisalign when other doctors were talking about pulling teeth and years of traditional braces. She will spend much less time wearing these. The staff is so friendly, and Dr. White is always available via text when the office is closed if you have an issue. Very happy we didn't just go with the first doctor we saw.
