Did you know that Invisalign® treatment can transform small smiles too? In fact, Align Technology has a treatment specifically designed for children ages 6-10. It’s called Invisalign® First.

What is Invisalign^® First?

Invisalign® First uses virtually invisible clear aligners to guide the growth of your child’s jaws and make room for current and incoming teeth. These aligners are custom-made for your child’s exact smile, and are removable - so there is no need to change their eating or hygiene routines.

Invisalign® First can help prepare your child’s smile for treatment in their teenage years. Early intervention with Invisalign® First may shorten the length of later treatment, or do away with the need for further treatment altogether!

How does Invisalign^®for children work?

When you bring your child in for their free consultation at any of our three locations, we will use our digital scanner to make an accurate 3D model of their smile. This digital model will help us design your child’s treatment plan and custom aligners.

We will make a series of aligners that are each shaped slightly differently to guide your child’s teeth into alignment. To progress through treatment, they can switch to a new set of aligners every couple weeks from the comfort of home as directed by Dr. White.
